Refund policy
Tiki Escapes has a 30-day exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unused, undamaged, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or the original receipt is required.
To request an exchange, please contact us at tikiescapes@yahoo.ca before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at tikiescapes@yahoo.ca so we can review the issue and work to make it right.
Photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage may be required.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of the materials, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
- Bamboo products
- Thatch roofing materials
- Sale items
- Gift cards
All other eligible items are exchange-only within 30 days of purchase for approved factory defects. Exchanges do not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, weather exposure, normal wear and tear, or customer abuse.
Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and original payment method.
Refunds
Tiki Escapes does not offer refunds unless a refund has been specifically approved by our team.
If a refund is approved, we will notify you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
